Literally every local musician in the Charlotte area that I come across on YouTube is excellent. This woman has a great voice. I love her playing guitar. She has another one on YouTube where she is playing violin. I’m gunna listen to that one next.
Yoga Nidra is something that was crazy intense the first time I tried it. When the instructor told the class to set the intention, i felt like screaming my intention. Like my emotions were going to break out of my chest. It made me realize how emotional I am.
The music scene in Charlotte is surprisingly good. Here is another local guy that can put on a good show.
Don’t ask me to explain the difference between the types of yoga. All I know is that this class is a good one. Laruga Glaser displays control, discipline, and focus.
These hypnosis meditations are so intense. He has a few of these. They are all excellent. The photograph thing is really incredible. I don’t know why it works so well but it does. This show seems like a perfect way for me to wade in to the world of art. They will dumb it down for me, and I can struggle to keep up.
This guy Michael Flynn is a North Carolina guy. He is very good. You should give him a listen. He was scheduled to be playing in Charlotte, but no shows are going on right now. Hopefully things will get back to normal soon.
One more week and I’ll be ripped. Solitude never felt so good. But seriously, Tim does some pretty intense classes. Someday, I hope to complete a whole video in one session. I can’t keep up with him.
Here is a quick five minutes to set intentions for the day. If you let yourself buy-in to these kinds of meditations, they really do make a difference. At first, I’d try to set impressive intentions. Now, I try to set simple ones.
